    1. Data controller

Responsible: Momento Idoneo LDA, which operates this service under the brand Vibe2Code, with commercial address at Largo 3 de Fevereiro, 128 5I, 4100-475 Porto, Portugal. Contact: [email protected], +34 674 177 661, y +351 93 655 43 76.

    2. What data we process

    • Data you provide when requesting information: name, professional email, company, service of interest, deadline and message.
    • Data you provide when requesting a free resource or course: name, email, profile, optional company, task you want to improve, access to content and lesson progress.
    • Business relationship and project data: communications, proposals, tasks, opportunity status and billing where applicable.
    • Professional data published by companies or professional profiles when we carry out B2B prospecting: company, position, corporate email, telephone number or public URL and evidence of its source.

    3. Purposes and bases

    • Respond to requests and prepare a proposal: application of pre-contractual measures requested by the interested person.
    • Register, deliver and maintain access to requested courses or resources: execution of the request of the interested person. The access email is transactional and does not require accepting marketing.
    • Send new resources and commercial communications: only if you check the optional consent box. You can withdraw it at any time without losing the access already granted.
    • Provide and manage services: execution of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
    • Manage your Campus IA subscription: contract execution, billing, access control, support, fraud prevention and compliance with tax obligations.
    • Measure the effectiveness of pages and campaigns: consent, which you can withdraw from “Privacy Preferences”.
    • Relevant business contact B2B: legitimate interest regarding professional data linked to a legal entity, with identification of the source, minimum necessary information and right of opposition or immediate cancellation.
    • Security, prevention of abuse and defense of claims: legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.

    4. Conservation

We retain a request for as long as necessary to process it and provide reasonable follow-up. If a relationship is formalized, the data is maintained for its validity and the applicable legal periods. Commercial cancellations and deletions are kept to the extent necessary to avoid further contact. Analytics preferences are renewed no more than every twelve months.

    5. Recipients and suppliers

No vendemos datos personales.

    6. Automation and monitoring

The system can score leads or prioritize tasks to help organize work. These signals do not by themselves produce decisions with legal or equivalent effects: commercial and contracting decisions remain under human supervision.

    7. Rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. Include sufficient information to identify your request. You can also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

    8. Changes

We will update this policy when applicable treatments, providers or requirements change. The date visible at the beginning indicates the current version.
