    IA Campus Terms

    Last updated: August 3, 2026.

    1. Lender and contact information

Campus IA is provided by Momento Idoneo LDA, which operates this service under the brand Vibe2Code, with commercial address at Largo 3 de Fevereiro, 128 5I, 4100-475 Porto, Portugal. Website: www.vibe2code.es. Contact and support: [email protected], +34 674 177 661, y +351 93 655 43 76. Complete tax details are included in the applicable billing documentation.

    2. Contracted service

The subscription gives personal access to the Vibe2Code IA Campus and the courses included in the current plan: videos, presentations, documentation, exercises, evaluations, notes and progress monitoring. The file for each course informs about its content, approximate duration and materials. Access requires an Internet connection, a modern browser and an individual account.

    3. Price, taxes and renewal

The IA Campus can be contracted by €15.99 per month or by €159.90 per year. The annual option is equivalent to ten monthly payments and represents a saving of €31.98 compared to twelve monthly payments. Before confirming the order, Stripe shows the total amount, applicable taxes and the chosen frequency. The subscription is automatically renewed every month or every year, depending on the contracted modality, and the payment method is charged at the beginning of each period until the subscriber cancels it. There is no permanence or penalty for canceling.

    4. Hiring and payment

Payment and payment method management are carried out in Stripe. The order is only concluded when the payment screen clearly identifies the payment obligation, the person accepts these terms and Stripe confirms the operation. Confirmation and receipt are provided on a durable medium, usually by email. Vibe2Code does not store full card data.

    5. Activation and access

Access is activated after confirmation of payment and is maintained as long as the subscription is active or during the period already paid after a cancellation. The account is personal to you and cannot be shared, resold or used to copy or redistribute the materials.

    6. Consumer withdrawal

If you contract as a consumer, you have the mandatory withdrawal rights, generally including a period of fourteen days in distance contracts. You can communicate it unequivocally to [email protected], indicating your account email. By requesting immediate access you agree that the service begins during that period; Any effect on the refund or proportional amount will be applied only when the regulations allow it and their requirements have been met. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights of the consumer.

    7. Cancellation of renewal

You can cancel the renewal from the billing portal accessible on your Campus. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you will retain access until that date and no new charges will be incurred. If the portal is not available, you can request cancellation by email from the address associated with the account.

    8. Compliance, support and updates

Vibe2Code provides the service with the functionality and quality described, facilitates the necessary updates and addresses incidents in [email protected]. If the digital service is not compliant, the corresponding legal remedies and guarantees will apply. Courses can be expanded or updated to maintain their usefulness, without substantially reducing the contracted plan during an already paid period.

    9. Permitted use and intellectual property

Subscription grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to learn and apply the materials in your own projects. You do not authorize the mass publication, resale, automated extraction, removal of authorship notices, or creation of a competing service based substantially on the Campus content. The work and data you contribute remain yours.

    10. Availability and responsible use

There may be reasonable maintenance or unavailability. Vibe2Code does not guarantee that a third-party tool, AI model or external interface will remain unchanged. Training examples are not a substitute for professional advice and should be reviewed before applying them to legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety decisions.

    11. Privacy

Data processing, authentication, training progress, Stripe and technical providers are explained in the Privacy Policy. Measurement preferences are managed on the cookies and local storage.

    12. Claims and applicable law

We will first try to resolve any incident through support. You can also use the Electronic Complaints Book when applicable. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence or of the competent courts granted by the applicable regulations.

    13. Changes

We will post any relevant changes with a new update date. Substantial changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and will not retroactively alter a period already paid for.
